Dr. Elizabeth Watt
In 2000, Dr. Watt earned her B.Sc. in Biology from the University of Victoria. While she was studying at UVic she had the opportunity to spend her summers working at a US Naval dental clinic in Naples, Italy and this is where her interest in dentistry was sparked. Following graduation, she worked as a dental receptionist until the dentist she was working for urged her to apply to dental school.
She completed her DMD from the Faculty of Dentistry at UBC in 2006 and then went on to complete a General Practice Residency in Community and Hospital Dentistry in 2007. She is a member of the Canadian Dental Association, the BC Dental Association, the Victoria and District Dental Society, the Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Honorary Dental Society, and the Saanich RV Tucker Gold Study Club.
Born and raised in a military family, Elizabeth has lived in and visited many different areas of Canada. Her heart is divided between the two coasts and she is happy to call Victoria home. A Mt. Doug grad, Dr. Watt is delighted to be practicing in the neighbourhood where she grew up.

Having worked for 44 years, Karen is still learning and keeps abreast of the everchanging field of dentistry.
Karen and her husband, Greg have 3 daughters. Their eldest; Merissa, followed her mother’s footsteps and works as a Dental Hygienist in Vancouver and a part-time Dental Instructor at UBC.
Their twin daughters, Stacie and Sarah, are both married. Stacie and her husband Elliot live in Chilliwack; while Sarah and her husband Sean live in Sidney and recently became parents to Tennyson.
